Building a Board

I have always loved charcuterie boards. I love going to a winery and having an amazing spread to pair with my wine. Or go to a girls night and pick on all the salty, sweet & savory sensations. That’s what’s important when I build my boards. To add a variety of flavors, textures, colors. I like to include crowd pleasers for those who aren’t as adventurous as the beet goat cheese lovers. In this section we will explore different boards. From the most simple, to the most extravagant. This area does not take an expert, and it is so much fun to shop the meats & cheese section. I actually said once “Some girls like expensive purse shopping, some shoes. I like to go to the cheese section and drop a stack.” Nothing excites me more than finding a new delicious cheese. So dive into all my favorite #KBoards and if you make one of your own, tag me on instagram so I can show off your charcuterie boards, pronounced char-coo-ter-ree , not cha-ca-tor like I used to say until I was very nicely humbled.
